What you will do
- Translate fashion and luxury category brand briefs into compelling design concepts for commercial work with an editorial sensibility.
- Create multi-platform design executions across print and digital, including editorial print layouts, type treatments, event collateral, social, and video GFX.
- Produce visually impactful materials for presentations, such as conceptual overviews, moodboards, and digital mock-ups, while upholding brand guidelines.
- Set and maintain design standards across production to ensure alignment with hirify.global and client expectations.
- Anticipate and interpret trends in fashion, luxury, art, and culture to inform a cohesive design language.
- Partner with creative directors, art directors, editors, and marketing leads to shape integrated campaigns.
Requirements
- 4+ years professional experience in design teams within media, fashion brands, or premium creative agencies.
- Ability to work in-office in NYC 4 days per week.
- Excellent proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Google Slides, and Figma.
- Strong visual presentation skills and ability to translate concepts into treatment decks.
- A portfolio demonstrating ambitious work with an emphasis on design for editorial and fashion campaigns.
- Strong passion for current design trends, typography, layout, and design systems.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with motion design, 3D, HTML/CSS, and video editing workflows.
- Knowledge of new media and A.I.
