Brand Designer

TL;DR

Brand Designer (Visual Design): Evolving and scaling the hirify.global brand across campaigns, product surfaces, and internal communications with an accent on consistency, reusability, and production-readiness. Focus on improving how brand design is produced, reused, and scaled across teams.

Location: Position based in our Rotterdam office with hybrid working policy (2 office days). Flexibility to work remotely for up to 2 months per year!

What you will do

• Design high-quality brand assets across campaigns, social media, product surfaces, presentations, and internal communications.
• Translate brand guidelines into clear, practical, reusable assets.
• Contribute to the evolution of the hirify.global brand system and templates.
• Support the adoption of brand systems across Marketing, Product, Sales, and Leadership.
• Work closely with Product Designers to ensure brand consistency across product experiences.
• Partner with Content, Marketing, and Growth teams to align visuals with narrative and messaging.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience as a Brand Designer, Visual Designer, or similar role.
• Experience working with brand systems, templates, or design systems.
• Experience designing for multiple channels such as marketing, product, social, and internal comms.
• Strong visual design fundamentals: typography, layout, color, composition.
• Strong Figma skills, including components, styles, and libraries.
• Clear communicator who can explain design decisions and receive feedback.

Nice to have

• Experience working in scale-ups or product-led companies.
• Familiarity with motion, illustration, or AI-assisted workflows.
• Experience collaborating closely with Product Designers or Engineers.
