What you will do

• Review work and provide constructive feedback to ensure excellence and consistency.
• Contribute hands-on design work as needed.

• Oversee and improve operational workflows and production processes.

• Evolve design systems and guidelines to improve efficiency.

Requirements

• A portfolio demonstrating excellence in leading design process and execution.
• Experience managing complex projects and a team of designers.
• Advanced knowledge of visual design principles.
• Strong processes understanding and ability to manage ambiguity.
• A clear point of view, balanced with openness to critique and feedback.
• Professional written and spoken English.
