Location: Remote work is allowed, but must maintain a Pacific Time (PT) work schedule and be based in the United States. Offices are available in San Diego and San Francisco.

Salary: $91,000–$113,000

hirify.global is architecting a converged AI workspace, unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar, and enterprise search, all supercharged by context-driven AI.

What you will do

• Maintain and elevate hirify.global’s brand aesthetic across all digital touchpoints.
• Design and update a variety of marketing and advertising materials, including web and social ads, reports, and websites.
• Develop and implement systems, templates, and processes that streamline asset creation.
• Lead and execute creative projects from concept to final delivery.
• Partner with stakeholders across all departments, acting as the creative project owner.
• Mentor junior designers and collaborate with outside agencies as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of graphic design experience, ideally in SaaS, tech, or B2B brands.
• Strong online portfolio showing a range of work across print, digital, and presentation projects.
• Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficient in at least one UX/UI tool (Figma preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of design principles including typography, composition, and color schemes.
• Demonstrated experience leveraging AI tools and technologies in the creative process.
• Ability to work in Pacific Time (PT) and support on weekends as needed.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in a SaaS environment.
• Power-user with project management software.
• Collaborative attitude and the ability to take creative direction and constructive criticism.
