Technical Partner Manager (SaaS)

Location: Hybrid in Berlin, Germany, with remote work possible for up to 50% of the year, including up to 63 working days abroad.

What you will do

• Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of hirify.global’s partner ecosystem.
• Act as the primary technical interface between Partnerships, Product, and Engineering teams.
• Support complex partner integrations and ensure high-quality implementation.
• Provide partner-driven insights to product teams, contributing to roadmap and platform improvements.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration to improve workflows and drive product enhancements.
• Implement processes and best practices for efficient partner integrations and growth.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in SaaS environments, ideally in technical support, integrations, or partner-facing roles.
• Proven track record owning partner- or customer-facing technical topics, including API-based integrations.
• Comfortable taking ownership in a senior individual contributor role.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Skilled at balancing commercial and technical stakeholder needs.

Nice to have

• Experience in OTA, vacation rental, or marketplace partnerships.
• Background in commercial SaaS, SMB tech, or API ecosystems.
