What you will do
- Contribute to the strategic development and expansion of hirify.global’s partner ecosystem.
- Act as the primary technical interface between Partnerships, Product, and Engineering teams.
- Support complex partner integrations and ensure high-quality implementation.
- Provide partner-driven insights to product teams, contributing to roadmap and platform improvements.
- Foster cross-functional collaboration to improve workflows and drive product enhancements.
- Implement processes and best practices for efficient partner integrations and growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in SaaS environments, ideally in technical support, integrations, or partner-facing roles.
- Proven track record owning partner- or customer-facing technical topics, including API-based integrations.
- Comfortable taking ownership in a senior individual contributor role.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken); German is a plus.
- Skilled at balancing commercial and technical stakeholder needs.
Nice to have
- Experience in OTA, vacation rental, or marketplace partnerships.
- Background in commercial SaaS, SMB tech, or API ecosystems.
