What you will do

  • Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, designers, and developers to deliver an extraordinary end-to-end user experience.
  • Participate in user research and usability studies to understand user workflows, environments, needs, and pain points.
  • Prototype flows, concepts, and interactions to test designs.
  • Work closely with the design system team and developers to ensure successful technical implementation.
  • Champion good product design principles and build awareness throughout the organization.
  • Design engaging, efficient, and intuitive experiences that solve real problems.

Requirements

  • Experience designing modern SaaS/enterprise products.
  • A strong design portfolio showcasing process, reasoning, and outcomes.
  • Ability to take ownership of entire projects and collaborate across teams.
  • Aptitude for providing design feedback and helping less experienced designers improve.
  • Thrive in a highly iterative process involving listening, adapting, moving fast, user interaction, and incorporating feedback.
  • Several years of experience working at a large-scale company, preferably Enterprise/B2B.
