What you will do

• Coordinate large-scale change and migration activities across multiple business areas, functions, and third-party partners.
• Collaborate with other Integrators to manage complex integration work and identify key integration points.
• Partner with Platform Leadership and Product Owners to plan and prioritise integration tasks and track delivery timelines.
• Identify major delivery risks early and work with senior stakeholders to resolve them.
• Act as an escalation point for issues and resolve cross-platform challenges.
• Lead high-risk deliveries involving internal and external parties, ensuring safe implementation.

Requirements

• Experienced Integrator to help lead large-scale change and migration work.
• Ability to coordinate across multiple business areas, functions, and third-party partners.
• Strong collaboration skills for complex integration work.
• Proficiency in identifying delivery risks and resolving cross-platform challenges.
• Experience in managing third-party suppliers.
• Capable of leading capability development and mentoring within a function.
