What you will do

• Implement and configure monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, and others.
• Monitor application performance and overall system health.
• Participate in incident management and resolution processes.
• Provide expertise and consultation on monitoring best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a related field
• At least one year of professional experience in monitoring roles
• Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, New Relic, Zabbix, or ElasticSearch.
• Experience in application performance monitoring and incident management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• English: B2 (fluent in spoken and written)
