Location: Onsite full-time in office in New Belgrade, Serbia

What you will do

• Design and implement observability solutions for metrics, logs, and traces across applications and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and availability, proactively resolving issues to minimize downtime.
• Configure and maintain monitoring/alerting tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK.
• Develop dashboards, alerts, and perform root cause analysis for incidents.
• Define and track SLIs, SLOs, SLAs to improve system reliability.
• Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and development teams to integrate observability into CI/CD.
• Automate monitoring processes and document practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
• 3–5+ years in observability, monitoring, SRE, or DevOps in complex production environments
• Strong proficiency with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog) and log analysis
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and collaboration skills

Nice to have

• Experience with distributed systems and microservices
• Familiarity with OpenTelemetry
• Proficiency in Python, Go, Bash for automation
• Incident management and on-call experience (PagerDuty, Opsgenie)
• Relevant certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, observability tools)
