TL;DR
Junior Incident Manager (Fintech): Managing incident response and driving operational excellence for a digital bank with an accent on compliance, on-call coordination, and process optimization. Focus on leading incident response, building AI-driven workflows, and ensuring DORA/FSA compliance.
Location: Hybrid (Copenhagen, Denmark). Must work from the office 4 days a week.

What you will do
- Lead incident response as the primary point of contact, managing on-call schedules and communications.
- Drive CX on-call operations, including scheduling, budget, and payroll.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, runbooks, and incident management processes.
- Ensure compliance for FSA visits and DORA-related major incident requirements.
- Build AI workflows and automations to improve incident management efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering, legal, compliance, and external partners via Jira and Ultimo.
Requirements
- Background in operations, compliance, banking, or a structured professional field.
- Ability to work under pressure and communicate confidently across all organizational levels.
- Comfortable in technical environments and able to engage with engineering teams.
- Disciplined self-starter with a strong focus on documentation and tracking.
- Commitment to radical transparency and continuous learning from mistakes.
Nice to have
- Experience with Grafana, Humio, Incident.io, Slack, and Jira.
