What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires, from pre-employment to post-onboarding completion.
  • Coordinate closely with Recruitment, Hiring Managers, IT, Facilities, and Payroll for onboarding requirements.
  • Prepare, collect, verify, and maintain all employment-related documents.
  • Ensure completeness, accuracy, and proper filing of employee records in compliance with data privacy.
  • Update HR systems and trackers with new hire information and monitor onboarding progress.
  • Provide onboarding guidance to new hires and address basic HR-related queries.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years experience in HR administration, onboarding, or people operations.
  • Knowledge of employment documentation and HR record-keeping practices.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft applications.
  • Experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
  • Must be based in Cebu, Philippines.
