• Work with customers to solve system, application, and infrastructure problems.
• Provide solutions to help customers deliver software faster and more reliably.
• Work closely with Professional Services, Sales, Engineering, and Product teams.
• Utilize and contribute to automation trends and product usage across various industries.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience and related education.
• Highly proficient System Administration knowledge.
• Advanced understanding of software automation and DevOps systems.
• Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills.
• Technical degree (CS/IT/Eng/ITSec) or equivalent experience.
• Requires logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.

Nice to have

• Programming skills (Ruby, Python, Perl, PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience working with Puppet Enterprise or Puppet Open Source.
• Windows systems administration experience.
• Large scale infrastructure experience.
• Knowledge of data center management, systems management, monitoring, networking, and security.
