What you will do

• End-to-end management of the product’s technical backlog.
• Drive internal product initiatives to automate legal and compliance processes for various teams.
• Manage time-constrained cross-product projects and maintain the project roadmap.
• Prioritize tasks under high uncertainty and limited resources.
• Implement and monitor product and project success metrics.
• Ensure transparent communication between business and technical teams.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Technical Product/Project Management in IT.
• Experience with internal B2B products, complex operational or compliance-heavy processes, and automation initiatives.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
• Project management experience with strict deadlines and high expectations.
• Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to align expectations.
• Analytical mindset, systems thinking, and stress resistance.
• English: B1 or higher required for effective communication with an international team.
