What you will do

• Lead the design and deployment of reports using tools including Salesforce and Looker.
• Act as a subject matter expert for FT Professional reporting tools and key metrics.
• Support data quality and consistency by standardising core metrics and dimensions.
• Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Collaborate with BI Reporting teams to ensure alignment across data services.
• Explore opportunities to automate and improve reporting workflows.
• Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to report users.
• Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy across all reporting outputs.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an analyst.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Experience using Salesforce, Looker or similar tools.
• Commercially aware and business goal–oriented.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex findings clearly.
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to lead analytics projects.

Nice to have

• Experience in a B2B, subscription or media-based environment.
• Familiarity with data visualisation and presentation techniques.
• Exposure to B2B sales or account growth strategies.
• Educated to degree level.
