What you will do
- Lead the design and deployment of reports using tools including Salesforce and Looker.
- Act as a subject matter expert for FT Professional reporting tools and key metrics.
- Support data quality and consistency by standardising core metrics and dimensions.
- Partner with stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Collaborate with BI Reporting teams to ensure alignment across data services.
- Explore opportunities to automate and improve reporting workflows.
- Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting support to report users.
- Maintain documentation and ensure accuracy across all reporting outputs.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an analyst.
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
- Experience using Salesforce, Looker or similar tools.
- Commercially aware and business goal–oriented.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, able to explain complex findings clearly.
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and working across teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead analytics projects.
Nice to have
- Experience in a B2B, subscription or media-based environment.
- Familiarity with data visualisation and presentation techniques.
- Exposure to B2B sales or account growth strategies.
- Educated to degree level.
