Data Professional (Data Analytics): Driving knowledge of operational performance in service delivery specific to products or processes with an accent on delivering top-level KPIs, data products (Reports, Datasets, Data models, Self-service reporting), and business intelligence. Focus on optimizing "measure model" strategy, owning dynamic reporting capabilities, and undertaking deep dive performance analysis considering product/process performance, cost to serve, and cost of failure.

What you will do

• Deliver operational performance in a usable form and optimize the "calculate once often use" strategy for the measure model.
• Own and deliver specified dynamic reporting capabilities deployed in product and service data.
• Ensure quality on-time delivery of critical reports for Product and Service, accessible at appropriate temporal and product dimensions.
• Develop and maintain data and reporting of Operational performance, adding new products, processes, and systems.
• Generate data used across Service Delivery to drive and underpin high-quality Service Delivery and Customer Experience.
• Undertake deep dive performance analysis, considering product/process performance as well as cost to serve and cost of failure.

Requirements

• Strong reporting and analysis pedigree.
• Experience of working with customers on commercial terms.
• Strong awareness of BT’s regulatory environment and the broader industry.
• Experience of spotting performance improvement opportunities and managing/mitigating business risks.
• Experience in delivering messages clearly, promptly, and honestly.
• Experience of building strong delivery plans.
• Understanding of SQL and Google Big Query.
