What you will do
- Develop a deep understanding of key clients (Public authorities, Corporates) and their users for hirify.global Daily.
- Define, develop, and deliver ad-hoc and automated CRM programs using owned channels (email, push, inboxes, in-app).
- Increase member activity, market new features, and boost feature adoption at national and local levels.
- Build scalable, automated, and impactful CRM journeys.
- Collaborate with Product, Data, Marketing, Operations, and Account Management teams to define optimal member experience.
- Ensure operational efficiency, scalability, and support go-to-market strategies for new features or partnerships.
Requirements
- Talented junior CRM Manager.
- Strong proficiency with CRM tools, specifically Braze.
- Highly proactive and agile contributor within the Product team.
- Ability to efficiently transform engagement insights into impactful CRM programs.
