What you will do

• Formulate and execute detailed growth marketing strategies, promoting hirify.global's blockchain products to on-chain finance targets.
• Lead the creation of impactful marketing materials (blog posts, presentations, sales collateral, webinars, whitepapers) for DeFi and TradFi decision makers.
• Develop and execute online campaigns to generate leads through multiple channels.
• Implement and manage lead nurturing workflows in the CRM.
• Organize hirify.global’s presence at on-chain finance events.
• Employ data-driven insights to continuously refine and enhance marketing performance and ROI.

Requirements

• Proven experience (5-7 years) in a senior product marketing and/or growth role in blockchain, with an enterprise focus.
• Demonstrated experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
• Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving growth targets.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, marketing automation software, LinkedIn, and X.
• Deep understanding of blockchain use cases and successful marketing of blockchain solutions.
