TL;DR

Location: Hybrid: London (at least 2 days per week in office)

Salary: £72,702 - £80,780

What you will do

  • Create interactive prototypes to bring future digital propositions to life.
  • Act as a technical bridge between design and engineering teams, advising on feasibility and scope.
  • Apply creative thinking and storytelling techniques to simplify complex problems for the business.
  • Introduce emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance user experiences.
  • Collaborate within an agile multidisciplinary team of designers, researchers, and strategists.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of demonstrable experience in coding, prototyping, and creative technologies.
  • Proficiency in React and Node.js across different environments and platforms.
  • Experience building AI-driven experiences, including work with language and image models.
  • Strong understanding of prompt design, model limitations, and AI output evaluation.
  • Proficiency with Figma and version control systems like Git.
  • Must be based in or able to work from London (Hybrid model).
