Location: Must be based in the UK; expectation to work from Bristol, Glasgow, or London hubs at least once a week.

Salary: £55,000–£84,923 plus 15% bonus and 9% flex pay.

• Drive architectural vision and technical roadmaps for key business features.

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the UK as no sponsorship is available.
• Significant hands-on software development experience in an agile environment.
• Expertise in building scalable microservices using Node.js, Python, and TypeScript.
• Proficiency with cloud platforms (GCP or AWS) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Strong frontend development skills using React or React Native.
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
