What you will do

• Support in enacting established compensation for customer-facing teams, including calculation of results, managing systems, and assisting with target setting.
• Support in developing a compensation strategy aligned with company goals.
• Actively engage with AI & technology to drive automation and increase performance.
• Support Regional Frontline Strategy Program Managers in analyzing & diagnosing performance issues.
• Monitor progress against targets and support in preparing forecasts.
• Work closely with the teams supporting global compensation strategy, including Rev Ops, business leaders, HR, & Finance.

Requirements

• Ideally experience in Sales Operations, Customer Success Operations, Payroll, Sales Performance Management, or Financial Analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Willing to learn how to use new technologies including AI.
• Ability in Excel & Word is paramount.
