What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce applications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Enxoo BSS/Billing).
• Implement customizations using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and configuration following best practices.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, including data models, integrations, and security.
• Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and backoffice systems using REST APIs.
• Design and optimize data flows and sync processes for data quality and consistency.
• Write clean, testable Apex and LWC code with unit and integration test coverage, supporting CI/CD pipelines.
• Apply security and compliance best practices on the Salesforce platform.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize Salesforce performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, architects, business stakeholders, and other engineers in STO squads.
• Contribute to Salesforce development standards and help other teams adopt reference implementations.
• Support innovation initiatives such as AI-assisted workflows and programmable products built on Salesforce.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder).
• Strong understanding of core Salesforce Clouds (at least Sales Cloud or Service Cloud), including object model design, automation, security, and data management.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, or event-driven architectures in an enterprise B2B environment.
• Familiarity with modern software engineering practices such as version control (Git), CI/CD for Salesforce, automated testing, and code review processes.
• Ability to work in cross-functional, outcome-driven teams, collaborating effectively with product, architecture, and backend engineering stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex commercial and operational workflows into maintainable Salesforce solutions.

Nice to have

• Experience with telecommunications or connectivity businesses, or complex, multicomponent B2B products and quoting/billing scenarios.
• Hands-on experience with CPQ, order management, or billing solutions on Salesforce (e.g., Enxoo BSS/Billing, Salesforce CPQ).
• Exposure to low-code platforms and adjacent tools used at hirify.global (e.g., Mendix, ServiceNow) and how they interact with Salesforce.
• Experience in programming in Java, .NET, or some other object-oriented back-end technology.
• Very good skills in HTML5/JavaScript/CSS as well as some JavaScript-based front-end framework (preferably React).
• Familiarity with AI-assisted capabilities on Salesforce (Einstein, agentic workflows) or constraint-solving/data-driven architectures.
• Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, JavaScript Developer I, or relevant Cloud Consultant credentials.
