What you will do

• Lead the Sales Operations team in the design, development, and implementation of customized Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain integrations with other systems, including external APIs and third-party applications.
• Mentor and coach Salesforce development team members on best practices and technical skills.
• Configure Salesforce environment using Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce, Lightning components, approval processes, and validation rules.
• Connect multiple platforms through APIs (SOAP, REST).
• Analyze existing business processes to identify efficiencies and enhancements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in a Salesforce Developer position.
• Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications are required.
• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform, including Apex, JavaScript, Visualforce with Apex Controllers, Lightning Framework, APIs, SOAP, REST and JSON.
• Experience with web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
• Strong understanding of software development principles, including agile methodologies and design patterns.
• Must be proactive and forward-thinking.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce RCA, Ironclad, Fullcast, DocuSign, Zoominfo, Chargebee, Stripe, Jira.
