What you will do

• Manage all aspects of the eCommerce channel, including product listings, merchandising, pricing, promotions, and stock.
• Optimize the online customer journey from discovery to conversion and retention.
• Monitor and report on performance metrics to meet commercial targets.
• Develop and coordinate marketing activations across CRM, PPC, Paid & Organic Social, and Influencer channels.
• Design and implement a test-and-learn framework for brand messaging and creative executions.
• Partner with the creative team to ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling across all digital touch points.

Requirements

• Proven track record of driving eCommerce performance, ideally within luxury or premium fashion/beauty brands.
• Shopify experience is essential.
• Skilled in data analytics, reporting tools (Google Analytics), and merchandising logic.
• Strong knowledge of web, CRM, UX, and CRO Platforms.
