What you will do

• Create and optimise product listings across Amazon, Mirakl, and Shopify.
• Update product pages, images, manuals, and user guides to enhance customer experience.
• Monitor and manage FBA & AGL shipments, liaising with suppliers for timely stock delivery.
• Assist with customs clearance, order processing, returns, and occasional customer service queries.
• Contribute to streamlining operational workflows within a small, dynamic team.

Requirements

• Previous experience in e-commerce marketplace management (Amazon, Mirakl, Shopify).
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage variable workloads and prioritise effectively.
• Work onsite 5 days a week in London.
