What you will do

• Act as a key contact point for business engagement regarding critical infrastructure.
• Plan and implement complex changes across the firewall estate.
• Deliver infrastructure and service improvement plans, including gateway upgrades and new builds.
• Prioritise, manage expectations, and influence business decisions.

Requirements

• Networking/firewall SME experience managing firewall changes across the estate, particularly with Check Point & Fortinet.
• Strong understanding of networking, firewalls, security principles, and design concepts.
• Experience developing long-term goals and acting as a key contact for project activity.
• Ability to identify, collate, and understand detailed information on project scope, feasibility, technical accuracy, and compliance.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of regulated environments, ideally financial services.
• Understanding of automation tools (Python, Power Automate, Robot Framework, Ansible, Terraform).
