What you will do

• Develop and enforce security standards for IAM, access control, and data protection.
• Ensure cloud & infrastructure security (AWS, Kubernetes) and harden networks/integrations.
• Implement DevSecOps practices and conduct code security testing (SAST, DAST).
• Manage patch & vulnerability lifecycle and oversee privileged access management.
• Operate and develop SIEM, participate in incident response, and collaborate on penetration tests.
• Perform risk & resilience assessments and maintain compliance with financial regulations (PCI DSS, DORA, ISO 27001).

Requirements

• Proven experience in building compliance processes and preparing for external audits.
• Solid understanding of cloud security, specifically AWS and Kubernetes.
• Practical experience in DevSecOps and sSDLC tooling adoption in pipelines.
• Proficiency in Application Security, incident response, and SOC/SIEM operations.
• Experience in risk management and business continuity planning.
• Knowledge of PCI DSS, ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR, DORA.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech or banking.
• Participation in certification projects (PCI DSS, ISO, SOC 2).
• Relevant certifications: CISSP, AWS Security Specialty, OSCP/E.
