TL;DR

Location: Hybrid role with opportunities for remote work and office collaboration. Ability to spend up to three months each year working from another country. The role focuses on clients in Europe.

What you will do

  • Identify and connect with potential high-net-worth investors in Europe through networking, referrals, and outreach.
  • Present hirify.global’ multi-asset offering in a clear and engaging way, tailored to each client’s level of investment experience.
  • Build and maintain an accurate CRM of prospects and clients.
  • Manage relationships with existing HNW clients from Europe, ensuring they are engaged, satisfied, and active on hirify.global.
  • Guide clients through onboarding and verification processes, making their experience smooth and simple.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Compliance teams to address client needs and feedback.

Requirements

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in client relationship management, sales, or account management, ideally in financial services or fintech.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Commercial mindset with the ability to spot opportunities for deeper engagement.
  • Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple client relationships and follow-ups effectively.
  • Fluent in English and German (spoken and written) is required.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French and/or Spanish.
  • Advanced degrees or relevant professional certifications (e.g., CFA).
