What you will do

• Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to optimize consumer product experience and drive user engagement.
• Identify problems and growth opportunities through deep-dive data exploration.
• Build and maintain dashboards to track KPIs and visualize market/user behaviors.
• Develop predictive models for user behavior and outcomes in real-time environments.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement data-driven solutions.
• Own data initiatives from ideation to implementation and measurement.
• Translate statistical findings into actionable narratives for stakeholders.
• Establish and refine data best practices and methodologies.

Requirements

• 3+ years Data Science experience in startup, high-growth scale-up, or FAANG-tier environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Python or R, mastery of SQL in BigQuery environments.
• Strong experience in end-to-end A/B testing for high-traffic consumer products.
• Demonstrated autonomy in managing full project lifecycles.
• Exceptional ability to synthesize insights into business recommendations.

Nice to have

• Experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain data, or fintech/consumer tech.
• Skills in data visualization tools like Omni or Looker.
• Advanced causal inference and statistical methods.
