What you will do

• Design, run, and analyze A/B tests to optimize the consumer-facing product experience.
• Identify hidden problems and growth opportunities through deep-dive data exploration.
• Build and maintain high-impact dashboards to track key metrics and provide real-time insights.
• Develop predictive models to understand user behavior and forecast business outcomes.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to turn data-driven hypotheses into live solutions.
• Help establish data best practices and methodologies for a growing team.

Requirements

• 2–3+ years of data science experience within a high-growth startup, scale-up, or FAANG/equivalent environment.
• Proficiency with Python/R and SQL/BigQuery.
• Strong experience in designing and analyzing A/B tests specifically for consumer-grade products.
• A proven track record of managing entire projects independently from ideation through to implementation.
• Exceptional ability to translate complex statistical findings into actionable recommendations for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with cryptocurrency, blockchain data, or fintech products.
• Proficiency with Grafana, FullStory, and Dataform.
• Strong knowledge of causal inference, statistical methods, and Machine Learning applications.
