What you will do

• Own and manage the Salesforce platform end-to-end, including Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Act as a trusted business partner, providing insights and recommendations to optimize performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in Salesforce functionality, data quality, and processes.
• Maintain data quality, integrity, and security through robust user and deployment management.
• Provide user support, training, and technical documentation to drive adoption.
• Support data migration and CRM integration from subsidiary companies into Salesforce.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of the Salesforce platform with hands-on experience building and implementing changes.
• 3+ years’ experience administering Salesforce.
• Certified Salesforce Administrator.
• Strong focus on Salesforce best practices, data integrity, and controlled deployments.
• Comfortable providing updates, managing stakeholders, and training users.

Nice to have

• Salesforce CPQ experience or certification.
• Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform App Builder).
• Experience using project management tools.
• Knowledge of Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components.
