What you will do

  • Design and execute lifecycle and monetization strategies to support customer acquisition, retention, and reactivation.
  • Own and manage end-to-end CRM projects from planning to launch, ensuring timely delivery and cross-functional alignment.
  • Implement CRM workflows and campaigns across various channels (email, push, in-app) tailored to customer segments.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to integrate CRM tools and tactics into broader initiatives.
  • Utilize tools like Bloomreach to create personalized, automated customer journeys.
  • Lead A/B tests and track campaign performance, providing insights to improve CRM strategy.
  • Incorporate AI tools to enhance personalization, streamline execution, and support daily CRM workflows.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM or a similar role, ideally within e-commerce or digital businesses.
  • Exposure to consumer-focused (B2C) strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools/platforms (e.g., Bloomreach, Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable).
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and analysis.
  • Solid understanding of strategy, lifecycle marketing, and customer segmentation (e.g., RFM models, behavioural triggers).
  • Familiarity with UX & CRM KPIs and their application for performance improvement.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with data science and AI teams to integrate AI capabilities.
