What you will do

• Create engaging social copy and visual assets for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, ensuring brand alignment.
• Manage the social media content calendar, proactively generating new content ideas and formats.
• Collaborate with the video team on YouTube content planning, promotion, and optimization.
• Use project management tools to manage workflows and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Track, report, and interpret social media performance analytics to continuously improve content.
• Conduct A/B tests and transform data into actionable recommendations for content optimization.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in social media, content creation, or digital marketing (B2B preferred).
• Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, and analytics (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
• Hands-on experience with Canva.
• Strong organizational and project management skills (ClickUp or similar tools).
• Ability to work in a hybrid model from Mississauga HQ.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro).
