Location: Hybrid role with 3 days a week in the London (Moorgate) Office

What you will do

• Lead the safeguarding transition and drive project delivery to ensure a smooth transition to new CASS 15 rules.
• Design the Resolution Pack to ensure mandatory documentation and data generation within a 48-hour regulatory timeline.
• Manage the relationship with auditors and key stakeholders to prepare for the annual safeguarding audit and monthly reporting.
• Support the implementation of new controls for record-keeping, reconciliation, and fund identification.
• Drive strategic projects powering regulatory readiness.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for E-Money safeguarding.

Requirements

• Proven experience working in an E-Money Safeguarding or CASS Treasury function.
• Experience with various banking products and a strong understanding of the upcoming CASS 15 requirements.
• Comfortable diving into manual tasks and leveraging knowledge to develop solutions using AI and automation.
• Action-oriented and quick to grasp new concepts.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets.

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, Looker, or Power BI.
