What you will do
- Develop and test new user acquisition funnels and strategies.
- Participate in R&D projects from business idea generation to scaling.
- Analyze user behavior to identify problems and opportunities, and test ideas based on data.
- Conduct A/B tests of funnels, audiences, and strategies.
- Participate in building the marketing strategy with the Growth team.
Requirements
- Strong analytical skills and systemic thinking.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in an environment of uncertainty, where you need to create from scratch.
- Creativity and interest in experiments.
- English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.
Nice to have
- 1+ year of experience in performance marketing (Growth, Product Marketing, Creative Marketing/Production), or analytics.
- Experience with subscriptions and mobile applications.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing and how acquisition is related to the product and funnels.
