What you will do

  • Develop and test new user acquisition funnels and strategies.
  • Participate in R&D projects from business idea generation to scaling.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify problems and opportunities, and test ideas based on data.
  • Conduct A/B tests of funnels, audiences, and strategies.
  • Participate in building the marketing strategy with the Growth team.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and systemic thinking.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable working in an environment of uncertainty, where you need to create from scratch.
  • Creativity and interest in experiments.
  • English level Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to have

  • 1+ year of experience in performance marketing (Growth, Product Marketing, Creative Marketing/Production), or analytics.
  • Experience with subscriptions and mobile applications.
  • Deep understanding of performance marketing and how acquisition is related to the product and funnels.
