Focus on guiding customers on tool utilization, driving technical evaluations, and collaborating with R&D for tool enhancement.

Location: Onsite in San Jose, California

Salary: $143,500–$266,500 annually

What you will do

• Provide expert technical support to hirify.global customers in Backend Digital Design Implementation and Signoff.
• Guide customers on optimal utilization of hirify.global technologies to meet design goals and project schedules.
• Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations for customers.
• Drive technical evaluations and benchmarks to successful completion.
• Work closely with hirify.global R&D to enhance tools and methodologies based on customer requirements.
• Provide guidance and amend design flows using Tcl, Perl, or Python scripting skills.

Requirements

• 10+ years of industry Physical Design experience is required.
• Must be able to work onsite in San Jose, California.
• English: B2+ level required for strong customer-facing communication.
• BS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge in Digital Design Fundamentals, Semiconductor fundamentals, and Static Timing Analysis.
• Prior experience with IC digital implementation flows and backend EDA tools (Place and Route, IR Drop, timing/power closure).
• Experience with advanced nodes (10nm and below).

Nice to have

• MS degree in Computer Science/Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Prior experience with IC digital implementation flows and front-end EDA tools (Synthesis, DFT, Logical Equivalence Checking).
• Experience with hirify.global tools such as Genus, Innovus, Conformal, Tempus, Modus, Voltus, or similar industry tools like ICC, ICC2, DC, or Primetime.
• Experience with advanced nodes (5nm and below).
