Salary: $120,000 - $192,000 annual base salary

What you will do

• Design, coordinate, and conduct experiments for RF module/system performance characterization.
• Design, bring up, and trouble-shoot measurement setups.
• Lead module/system debugging, tuning, and optimization.
• Collect, analyze, and report DoE findings to engineering and management teams.
• Contribute to the development of Advanced FEM architecture and semiconductor processes.

Requirements

• Master's degree in electrical engineering.
• 6 years of work experience in wireless RF areas.
• Proficiency in using RF test equipment for characterization (Low Noise and Power Amplifiers, High Power High Isolation Multi-Throw Switches, Coexistence and Noise Power Filters).
• Knowledge of PA, RF filter, LNA, and ASW.
• Hands-on experience with Envelope-Tracking systems (PA and supply modulator).
• Hands-on experience with memory and memory-less DPD.
• Proficiency in programming languages (MATLAB, Python, and C#) for data-processing.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, project-oriented, self-motivated, team environment with strong communication skills.
