What you will do

• Develop and maintain field solver software for IC package physical design.
• Apply leading-edge optimization and analysis algorithms to complex semiconductor and electronic design problems.
• Analyze power integrity, signal integrity, and design stage electromagnetic interference.
• Explore artificial intelligence (AI) techniques to enhance field solver speed and capacity.

Requirements

• MS/PhD in EE, CS, math, or related degree.
• Strong background in computational electromagnetics, circuit theory, and C++.
• Experience developing software, preferably in the EDA domain.
• Knowledge of SI, PI, EMI, and EMC.
• Strong debugging and analytical skills.
