Senior Product Designer (B2B SaaS): Making clear design decisions and taking end-to-end ownership of product or feature areas with an accent on active prioritization and reducing complexity through structure. Focus on translating decisions into precise, executable designs and creating clarity and stability in the system.

Location: Remote-first, with company HQ in Ingolstadt, Germany

What you will do

Make clear design decisions and stand behind them.
Actively prioritize and decide what not to build.
Reduce complexity through structure, not explanations.
Work with Product and Engineering as equals.
Translate decisions into precise, executable designs.
Create clarity and stability in the system after decisions are made.

Requirements

3+ years of experience as a Product / UX Designer in B2B SaaS.
End-to-end ownership of a product or feature area.
High decision maturity under uncertainty.
Strong conceptual thinking and solid execution.
Experience working closely with engineers.
Very confident using Figma.
Excellent English.
