Compensation: $184,500 – $318,500

What you will do

• Design and build large-scale batch and real-time ML systems for advertising use cases.
• Lead end-to-end ML project lifecycles from system design to production deployment.
• Establish MLOps best practices, including CI/CD for ML, monitoring, and drift detection.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive shared technical standards across cross-functional teams.
• Partner with Product and Platform teams to deliver high-impact ML applications for pricing and ranking.
• Lead complex, cross-organizational initiatives to scale ML infrastructure and improve reliability.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• 6-8+ years of industry experience building and deploying production ML models.
• Strong proficiency in Python, plus Java or Scala.
• Experience with distributed data processing and large-scale datasets using Spark.
• Expertise in MLOps, including model versioning, automated retraining, and monitoring.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native ML platforms like AWS, SageMaker, or Kubernetes.

Nice to have

• Experience building and scaling LLMs, RAG pipelines, or retrieval architectures.
• Strong foundation in ranking, recommendation, or NLP models.
• Background in ads, marketplaces, e-commerce, or travel platforms.
