What you will do
- Lead media planning for RMI EMEA, ensuring best practices and driving innovative solutions.
- Translate strategic approaches into planning practices for client briefs and pitches.
- Oversee multi-market communications strategies and champion comms planning excellence.
- Shape planning presentations through compelling storytelling and design differentiated communications.
- Lead the development and execution of data-driven marketing campaigns, utilizing WPP and Amazon technologies.
- Define metrics, evaluate campaign effectiveness, and contribute to a culture of innovation by exploring new technologies.
Requirements
- Significant, senior-level experience leading planning on global clients.
- Excellent writing skills and ability to communicate ideas clearly and effectively.
- Strong commercial acumen and ability to build senior-level client and agency relationships.
- Expertise in media channels, planning best practices, internal and external tools.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and analyze complex information.
- Understanding of how behavior change theory influences communications campaigns.
- Based in the UK and have the right to work in this location.
Nice to have
- Multi-market experience (B2B and B2C channels).
- Successful E2E management of multi-market campaigns.
- Familiarity with Amazon’s way of working, leadership principles, and Amazon Ads ecosystem.
