What you will do

• Play a fundamental role in developing a cutting-edge FinTech platform.
• Work on non-trivial, highly distributed, high-throughput solutions operating 24/7.
• Impact the roadmap and introduce new approaches.
• Work on a new codebase without legacy.
• Apply core software engineering principles, clean coding, design patterns, and TDD.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Strong fundamentals in computer science, data structures, and algorithms.
• Experience in a backend language like Java.
• Experience with system design.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Experience designing, building, and running distributed, scalable backend systems.

Nice to have

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with Kafka.
