What you will do

• Serve as a process and systems leader for Procore’s Partner Program.
• Lead the end-to-end implementation, evolution, and optimization of Salesforce PRM.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and training to users, promoting effective use of Salesforce.
• Propose and lead initiatives to implement new processes and optimize existing technologies.
• Identify business problems and drive appropriate functional solutions.

Requirements

• A minimum of 8+ years experience with Salesforce Sales cloud and related platforms.
• Deep knowledge of Partner programs and operationalizing them.
• Proven, end-to-end experience implementing and scaling Salesforce PRM.
• 5+ years of experience in an enterprise product manager, GTM systems, RevOps, or similar role within a complex enterprise environment.
• Deep understanding of the Lead-To-Quote business process and supporting technologies.
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with various business stakeholders.
