Location: Hybrid in Mannheim, Germany

Compensation: €17.00–€22.00 / hour

What you will do

• Support the QA Team in ensuring the quality and reliability of the platform through testing and documentation review.
• Write and execute frontend tests using Playwright and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Work closely with developers to identify and report quality issues during the development lifecycle.
• Contribute to test planning and risk assessments to gain insight into product delivery processes.
• Help maintain release notes and technical product documentation with clarity and accuracy.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a university program (computer science, engineering, or related fields preferred).
• First hands-on experience with software testing, frontend testing frameworks (e.g. Playwright, Cypress, Jest) or JavaScript/TypeScript projects.
• A strong interest in quality assurance, software development, and technical documentation.
• Ability to work independently, learn quickly, and take ownership of tasks.
• High attention to detail and motivation to maintain high-quality standards.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with version control (Git) and agile ways of working.
