What you will do

• Own functional testing for ITSM modules and end-to-end service workflows.
• Create and maintain test cases, checklists, and regression suites.
• Validate integrations including email notifications, APIs, and external systems.
• Support requirement clarification with BA/PO and provide early quality feedback.
• Participate in defect triage and risk assessment.
• Ensure stable release quality in a remote setup.

Requirements

• Experience in Manual QA for 2+ years.
• Confidence in test analysis, test design, and documentation.
• Practical ITSM knowledge and experience testing service workflows.
• Experience working with ITSM tools such as SMAX, ServiceNow, or Jira Service Management.
• Ability to work independently and drive testing activities.
• English: Intermediate+ required.
• German: Intermediate+ required.
