What you will do

• Lead and mentor QA and automation teams, both on-site and in distributed environments.
• Consult customers on test strategies, automation approaches, processes, and best practices.
• Apply AI-assisted approaches across the entire Test Life Cycle to drive efficiency and quality.
• Support pre-sales activities, including customer presentations, solution design, and relationship building.
• Create test concepts, estimate efforts, plan and track test activities, and evaluate results.
• Architect, design, implement, and evolve test automation frameworks for various applications.

Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on consulting experience in end-to-end test automation, with several years in a senior, lead, or architect role.
• Strong experience in pre-sales discussions with clients and RfPs.
• Several years of consulting experience in QA services at an IT service provider.
• Strong knowledge of test management, strategies, planning, KPIs, risk management, and Agile methodologies.
• Hands-on experience in two or more programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Typescript/JavaScript).
• Proven experience with a broad range of test automation and test management tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, Rest Assured, Tosca).
• Experience in applying AI-assisted tools across the test lifecycle (TLC).
• Experience with modern development and DevOps tooling for CI/CD integration (e.g., GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, Docker).
• Business fluent in German and English.
