What you will do
- Own and lead the end-to-end online sales journey, defining strategy and roadmap from browsing to post-purchase.
- Optimize basket, checkout, and conversion performance using customer insight, data, UX research, and market analysis.
- Drive commercial outcomes by improving conversion, reducing abandonment, and running A/B tests.
- Lead cross-functional squads (UX, engineering, data, research) to deliver high-quality digital sales experiences.
- Maintain a clear, prioritized roadmap aligned with wider business and product objectives.
- Coach and develop product managers while embedding strong Agile practices across the team.
Requirements
- Strong digital product leadership with experience setting strategy and roadmaps for online sales journeys, ideally within ecommerce.
- Proven ability to optimize sales funnels through conversion improvement, A/B testing, and experimentation.
- Solid understanding of customer experience and UX design to translate insights into high-performing purchase journeys.
- Confidence in using data and commercial metrics to drive decisions, prioritize enhancements, and measure impact.
- Highly collaborative, comfortable working closely with Digital, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, UX, and Data teams.
- Experience coaching and leading product managers alongside multidisciplinary squads.
