What you will do

• Lead and guide development teams, providing technical direction, code reviews, and mentorship.
• Plan and execute project activities using Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Design and architect complex, scalable, and robust enterprise applications.
• Identify, analyze, and solve complex technical challenges.
• Communicate technical concepts effectively with stakeholders and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement in development processes, code quality, and team efficiency, leveraging AI tools.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in technical leadership and enterprise application development.
• In-depth knowledge of a major language ecosystem (Java, Python, .NET, JavaScript) and associated frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate and guide system architecture decisions for scalability and maintainability.
• Proficiency in SQL and relational databases (Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Elasticsearch).
• Expertise in build automation tools and version control systems (Git), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Maven, Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and microservices architecture.

Nice to have

• Cloud certifications (AWS/Azure).
• Knowledge of enterprise security (OAuth, SAML/SSO).
• Experience in performance engineering.
• Exposure to banking transformation engagements (Mortgage, Retail, Corporate, Private Banking).
