What you will do
- Partner with enterprise customers across EMEA to understand communication workflows and AI use cases.
- Design and deliver custom implementations using AI Voice Assistant tools, hirify.global APIs, and WebRTC.
- Lead proofs-of-concept, pilots, and full production deployments.
- Provide customer-driven feedback to shape hirify.global’s product roadmap.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize real-time communication solutions (SIP, RTP, SRTP/TLS).
- Produce clear technical documentation and act as a trusted technical advisor for customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
- 3+ years of experience in software engineering, solutions engineering, or customer-facing technical consulting roles.
- Proficiency in Python, JavaScript/Node.js, or Go.
- Hands-on experience with APIs, event-driven architectures, and cloud-native or serverless deployments.
- Familiarity with SIP, WebRTC, or real-time voice and messaging technologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business outcomes.
- Comfort debugging ambiguous problems in unfamiliar customer environments.
- Willingness to travel and work directly with customers across the EMEA region (10–30%).
Nice to have
- Experience integrating or deploying AI voice assistants, speech-to-text systems, or LLM-based conversational applications.
- Experience with SQL and relational databases (Postgres, MySQL, Oracle).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tooling (Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines).
- Previous experience in telecom, CPaaS, or high-growth SaaS environments.
- Additional European or regional language skills (beyond English).
