What you will do

• Lead client projects from onboarding to renewal, ensuring high-quality delivery and client satisfaction.
• Build trusted relationships with clients and supply chain stakeholders, acting as the main point of contact.
• Support clients and suppliers throughout the full training lifecycle, including troubleshooting, KPI tracking, and reporting.
• Apply knowledge of supply chains, social sustainability, and global frameworks (e.g., UNGPs, CSRD/CSDDD) to guide clients.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CXP, product, commercial, and implementation teams.
• Identify commercial opportunities, mitigate disengagement risks, and support account growth.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of supply chains and social sustainability.
• Proven project management and stakeholder management experience (3–5 years).
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercial awareness and a data-driven mindset.
• Tech-savviness and ability to explain complex solutions simply.
• Fluency in English (C1).
