What you will do

• Lead IT projects and ensure their delivery to expected outcomes.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, managing partners' expectations.
• Identify and address project risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
• Identify and lead opportunities to improve revenue recognition and profitability.
• Follow and enhance hirify.global project team effectiveness and governance.
• Help implement Agile ways of working and promote a culture of continuous improvement, using Agile tools and data.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as an Agile Project Manager or in a similar role.
• Fluent English.
• Awareness of Agile methodologies and tool sets.
• Strong project management skills with experience in delivering projects.
• Effective communication, leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Experience in client-facing roles and managing client relationships.
• Financial awareness around forecasting and managing budgets, costs, and revenue.
