What you will do

• Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to integrate social-first thinking into branded campaigns.
• Produce and oversee short-form video, motion assets, and static content tailored for social platforms.
• Partner with video/audio producers to ensure social creativity is factored into all campaign assets.
• Develop and execute social media strategies for hirify.global StoryWorks’ owned channels.
• Provide social media expertise during pre-sales and client pitches to strengthen proposals.
• Analyze performance metrics and share best practices across North American, EMEA, and APAC regions.

Requirements

• 5 years of professional experience in social media production or content creation.
• Deep understanding of B2B and B2C social media marketing.
• Experience managing corporate social accounts and influencer partnerships.
• Proficiency in creating creative assets using Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
• Knowledge of paid social tactics and content distribution strategies.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to adapt tone for different platforms.
